Alphabet

A is for Aligator. These kinds of illuminated alphabets have always captured my imagination. Tried to bring as much realism as style to this one. Also tried to include animals with whom I have some degree of relationship with. These are all drawn on the same archival drawing paper (torn into 5″x5″ squares), using fine tip markers. I started this project with the intention of compiling them into a book.
